Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Animal Packs. Each deck is carefully produced, inspected, and shipped with care. Because Animal Packs is a small independent brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final once an order is placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are provided only for damaged or defective items.

Lost Packages

If the tracking information shows that a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
